Fall, the best season of them all!

I can't help but realize how lucky we are to have so many incredible people in our lives. Most of our family may be on the east coast, but let me tell you...our friends here do a dang good job at filling in. We always find ourselves having some of the best laughs about some of the most random stuff, and I have to admit...I love it.

As most of you already know, last weekend we went up to Estes Park to do our engagement pictures. We had an absolute blast. Our very good friend Amy took our photos for us, and we could not be happier about what we've seen so far! Amy get's us and knows our style well enough to know what would work and what wouldn't. With us being so comfortable around Amy we were really able to just be ourselves while she got some great shots! After photos Matt (Amy's Lover), joined us for a night in Estes which was another night of Matt's one liners and laughing our butts off. Of course we had a great dinner and spent some time in the piano lounge making friends with whoever wanted to talk to us. Meh, it happens.

Amy has given us a few sneak peak pictures....

I love every one of them :) I'm excited to order some canvas prints and get them up on our walls! Amy, we can't thank you enough for doing such a great job and volunteering to do these for us!

We spent yesterday afternoon with the Aguiar family and their beautiful new baby girl, Alina. She's precious. Adam and Leila are naturals at being parents and I know we'll be looking to them for answers when we decide to have kids! Unfortunately I was too distracted by how adorable Alina was...so I didn't get any pictures. But I promise, she's perfect! I also learned that John does quite great with newborns! He was a natural himself!

And then here there and everywhere in between we've had some great times. We find our faces hurting from laughing so much, it's pretty darn healthy.

Life is good...we're in a good spot right now and I'm going to soak up every minute of it! We're coming up on 6 months until the wedding, I can't believe how fast time goes...cannot wait to be in Jamaica!! Next weekend is the Great American Beer Festival...can't wait!

I hope everyone is enjoying fall as much as we are! We even found some of our favorites brews from New England yesterday, it's always nice to have a little of home with us here. Well, I am off to help John brew our Oatmeal Stout! Make it a great day!
