Heyo!
I love short work weeks, don't you? It's already Wednesday and I feel the weekend is once again right around the corner! We had a great Memorial Day weekend...a very busy one it seemed. If you read my previous blog, you know that we went to Rapid City, South Dakota on Saturday (and back) to get our new puppy. We decided to name her Dakota, suiting huh?

Her and Woody have become great buds, Woody is still figuring out how to play with such a small thing. Dakota had a pretty exciting first couple of days going to a brewery, Petco and Home Depot as she says "'the best day of her life so far!"
We had the great idea to stop at Mount Rushmore on the way to Rapid City, we figured there aren't many times you'd drive to Rapid City so we might as well stop! Well....let's just say it wasn't the most clear day to be up in the Black Hills searching for president faces.

We also spent some time with some good friends over the weekend, we'll never complain about that! I hope everyone is having a good week so far! I'll apologize ahead of time for all the dog pictures i'll be posting, i'm slightly obsessed...but i'm okay with that.
