Life is good! Jamaica is coming up which means so is Mrs. Lashua <--- WHAT!?
I have however, had a couple of upsets...but I should have been better prepared! My oldest sister Kitina won't be able to make it to Jamaica...which is in no way her fault but i'm sad about it! The family doesn't get to be with her to celebrate things very often so I was REALLY hoping she could be there for this but sometimes life throws ya wrenches I guess! Love you Kitina, if you're reading this!
This last week has been a different kind of week for me...John hasn't been home one night this week which makes me kind of lost sometimes...I think I talk to myself ALOT more! John has been working his butt off at work and it's all going to be worth it...but this girl doesn't really know what to do without him home at night. I eat cheese and crackers for dinner instead of the the normal full on meal he helps me cook. I talk to the dogs and myself alot and I find myself bored. He always keeps me laughing so i'm really finding that I miss the laughter in the house. Anyways, it's not the end of the world...i'll get used to it as it's going to happen more and more. At the end of the day it's change...and my HR education teaches me that no one likes change ;)
On kind of a fun note...I found my old camera tonight and was able to upload a few old pictures that made me smile...
Ahhh I could add a ton more...but i'll save you all some time :) I have truly been blessed with a life of opportunity and great people! I'm not quite sure how I got so lucky, but i'm grateful I did! Looking at these pictures...after the wedding i'm cutting my hair--decision made.
